Wendy’s Super Yummy Super Easy Ranch Chicken Strips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Chicken breast- I used four skinless boneless

Ranch dressing –Low fat or fat free= less guilt

Oyster crackers- throw em in a bag and take a rolling pin to them to make crumbs.. not too small you want a lil crunch. Place crumbs on a plate.

Cut the chicken into strips any size that you want.  Place the chicken in a bowl and cover with Ranch dressing.  Taking one piece of chicken out at a time roll it in the oyster cracker crumbs. Place on cookie sheet.  Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.  Mine took about 30 mins at 350 degrees F.

Perfect finger food for that silly game that people watch on Sunday…..

Note: If you want the chicken to be a bit crispy drizzle a little butter over the chicken before baking
